All trash and recyclables are to be removed from the property. There is a transfer station at the bottom of McCauley Mt. to drop off trash. Please care for our home in the same manner you would yours. Thank you.

Linen Policy: Please bring your own towels, washer and dryer on premises. Linens are available for a $20.00 fee per bed.

Security Deposit Information: $1000.00 security deposit due upon booking. House will be inspected upon departure to make sure: - House was not smoked in - There was no damage to inside, outside or contents - All trash is removed - No items are missing. All furniture put back in place. Turn of all electrical appliances and lights upon departure,close windows and lock house. and turn down thermostat to 55 if used. Security will be returned within 10 days of departure less any damage or extra cleaning fee.There will be a $100 lost key fee if not properly replaced in lock box upon departure
