Security Deposit Information: $500 deposit. If apartment is not left "broom clean" extra cleaning charge could result. The house is cleaned professionally after each rental.
Rental Rates: FALL SPECIAL: $995 Friday/Saturday. Add a 3rd night for $200!

WINTER $1495/week, $1995 for Christmas/New years and February Break week $999 for a 2-night weekend

Meet the Owner(s)

About Us: Long-time friends; Steve and Claire Ziamandanis and Greg and Sharon Taylor purchased this historic building in March 2013 with the intent to renovate it. Steve and Claire live in Slingerlands but spend as much time as possible with their 2 children (Grace and Dennis) at their 2nd home on nearby Loon Lake. Greg and Sharon live in nearby Friends Lake where they operate The Fern Lodge, a luxury bed and breakfast.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Chestertown: This is a central Adirondack location with four seasons full of activities and interesting attractions.

Why our property is special: This is a brand new renovation with great attention to detail; beautiful woodwork and trim, great mattresses, new furniture, new appliances, tiled bathrooms, etc. Nice side yard with firepit and bocci ball court. This is a great central location to explore the Adirondacks from.
