This very desirable 2 bedroom condo is situated on the beautiful Whiteface Club & Resort property overlooking Lake Placid and perfect for a family vacation. It has a very comfortable new king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed and bunkbeds in our second bedroom plus a desk to work from, if needed. The …re is also a sleeper sofa in the living room and we have updated our condo with new rockers, bedding and much more. There is a fully equipped kitchen - granite counter tops - and a very cozy living room with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing and with stunning views of the lake and mountains. Our open dining area leads to our patio with GREAT views of Lake Placid, Whiteface Mountain and the waterfront / marina area. We have our own wireless modem / router internet and a high definition TV in the living room for your enjoyment. We are just above the gardens, marina, beach and restaurant areas and a very short walk down to them with plenty of parking. We are perfect for young children and a close walk over to the tennis center and golf course. There is cross county skiing and snow shoeing at the resort with the Nordic Center to rent your equipment from!

* Note that we have a strict one week minimum during Ironman week but you can choose which 7 nights!

* Summer (mid-June through Labor Day) - $375 per night!

* Ironman Week (late July) - $425 per night with a 7 night min!

* Fall (Labor Day to mid-December) - $295 per night!

Christmas & New Years Week - $350 per night!

Winter (January through March) - $295 per night!

Holidays (Presidents week) - $325 per night!

Note there is a 5% Essex County Occupancy Tax that was implemented in 2016!

About Us: We are the new owners of this beautiful condo and just love it here, the location and everything else the resort has to offer plus the village and area too!

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Lake Placid: We like to call Lake Placid our Playground for Adults as there is so much to do! There is no other town in the northeast where you can find a bobsled or luge track, two ski jumps, inside and outside Olympic caliber skating ovals, dogsled rides, waterfalls hikes, factory outlets, various golf courses, great restaurants, down and cross country skiing, shopping, lakes and all in or within 15 minutes of town - amazing!

Why our property is special: Our condo is at the Whiteface Club and Resort and overlooks Lake Placid and the surrounding mountains. We are just above the marina, boathouse, beach, lake and Moose Lodge restaurant and a short walk to our golf course, tennis center and hiking trails plus the Lake Placid Lodge!
