This 4000 sq ft Victorian has 3 bathrooms and 6 large bedrooms plus a den on the first floor with a queen size bed. There is a 24'x24' private dock for swimming, and boating. There are also kayaks and a paddle board for your use. With a long circular driveway there is plenty of room for parking, and ample room for maneuvering your trailer. Enjoying making meals in the spacious kitchen or grilling up a feast on the 6 burner propane grill. Then sit down for a picnic outside at the picnic table o …r inside at the large dining room table. We are located within walking distance to the village of Old Forge. We also have Tivo on 9 televisions in the house. Each bedroom has its own TV. Most TVs, and Blu-Ray players are also set up with Netflix, HBOGo, Vudu, Hulu, and Amazon Prime. Free 100 Mbps Wifi is on premises and covers the house well.
For winter activities, we are located within 3 miles of McCauley Mt for skiing, within 5 miles of snowshoe and cross-country ski trails at Fern Park, within .25 miles of Trail 5 for snowmobiling and gas fill up. There is a large
garage that can store plenty of sleds, and with a long circular driveway there is plenty of room for parking, and ample room for maneuvering your trailer. Walk out your door, hop on your sled and enjoy over 380 groomed miles of the Central Adirondack Trails! We also have a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage for a camper, or electric vehicle.

*Please note that an all wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle is HIGHLY recommended in Old Forge during winter.

Last Sunday in June until 8 days before Labor Day: $7500 per week
Week Before Labor Day and Labor Day: $7500 for 8 days
FALL:
After Labor Day Weekend - November 30: $3000 per week Sunday to Sunday
After Labor Day Weekend - November 30: $700 per night with 3 night minimum, $550 per night each additional night.
WINTER:
Winter Seasonal Rate (December 1 - March 31): $17,000 + utilities
December 1 March 31: $950 per night with 3 night minimum, $800 per night each additional night

SPRING:
April 1 to Thursday before Memorial Day W.E.: $700 per night with 3 night minimum, $500 per night each additional night.

Cleaning Policy: Clean floors and countertops, dishes cleaned and put away. Garbage put in clear plastic bags and put in the garage. Recyclables to the garage. Clean out refrigerator. Do not strip beds. Just fold down the blankets so we know it was used. Please take all used towels to the laundry room. Grill cleaned. Kayaks and paddle boards put away. Paddles and life jacket hung up.
Linen Policy: We provide linens for all beds and 2 towels per bed (except twin bed) for your use. We will have 10 beach towels out for you to use as well. If you use the towels please take them to the laundry room. Turn down all beds that have been used, and bring all used towels to the laundry room
Security Deposit Information: A separate check of $600 is required to hold your reservation. The $600 will be put towards your balance.
100% refund if cancelled 60 days prior to the Check-in Date
50% refund if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-in Date
