This is a snowmobilers dream! There is plenty of room for snowmobile trailers, and a 4 car heated garage to store your sleds as well. Right across the street enjoy direct access to Trail 5 and over 380 miles of groomed Central Adirondack Trails. Walk out your door and hop on your sled!! For other winter activities, we are located within 20 minutes of McCauley Mt for skiing and cross-country skiing. Fern park is great for tubing, ice skating, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Fern park is only 5 minutes away. After a long day of playing in the snow enjoy yourself in your own game room complete with a pinball machine, pool table, and Foosball table. As well as a 2 tap bar (BYOB)! There is also a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage for a camper or a Tesla electric vehicle.

WINTER:
Winter Seasonal Rate: $14,000 utilities included.
December 1 - March 31 $600 per nt for the first two nt (2 nt min), $400 for each additional nt.
December 1 - March 31: weekly rate $2900
SPRING:
April 1st - Last Saturday in June: $350 per nt with 2 night minimum, $250 per night each additional nt
SUMMER:
Last Sunday in June until 8 days before Labor Day: $3500 per week.
Week before labor day and including Labor Day is $3700 per week.
FALL:
After Labor Day Weekend - November 30: $350 per nt with 2 night minimum, $250 per nt each additional nt

It is a smart home with locks, lights, and thermostats that can be controlled remotely. It also has heating, and air conditioning from a geothermal heat pump. There are solar panels on the property to offset the electric demand.
