One half hour to horse racing in Saratoga Springs

The main bedroom has a queen sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds (4 twin size beds)

Walk or drive 200 yards on private road to 140' private sandy beach with 180 degree panoramic view of the 45 square mile lake and the southern Adirondack mountains. Beach has swimming dock (share swimming dock with owners) which …can be used to load boats (cannot tieup boats overnight). Beach has gentle incline so it is great for children. Beach amenities include picnic table, paddle boat, row boat, kayaks and fire pit. Renters can moor boats off beach - mooring not provided. Great fishing!!

Internet, Cable TV, large deck, charcoal grill, private sandy beach (great for swimming, sunbathing, boating and bon fires), fully furnished kitchen.

22 miles from Saratoga Race Track, Dining and Performing Arts Center.

Cleaning Policy: Renter is responsible for cleaning camp at end of rental. The camp will be left in as good and clean a condition as it was at the time of initial occupancy by Renter. The camp shall be cleaned (carpets vacuumed, kitchen & bathroom mopped, tub cleaned and all dishes put away) and all trash shall be removed. All food shall be removed from the refrigerator and the refrigerator shall be sponge cleaned.

Linen Policy: Tenants to supply their own towels and bed linens.

Security Deposit Information: A security deposit of THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS, $_300______, (in the form of a separate check) is to be paid upon arrival at camp. This deposit is to protect owner of the camp in case of breakage to camp property and/or excessive cleaning expenses. The deposit will be returned you after a satisfactory inspection of the camp at time of check out .
