About a half a mile down the dirt road, there is a small area of wetlands that restrict regular vehicle (car) access to the back portion of the property. However you can access the back portion of the property via ATV, high-clearance pick-up truck, 4WD off-road vehicle -- or just plain hoofin' it. Once you are on the back half of the property, you will find mountain views, a breathtaking beaver pond (with potential for lean-to or small cabin on a clearing above the pond), and a small stream that runs off the pond. Marked trail system throughout the entire property is perfect for nature walks, trail running, bike riding, and cross-country skiing / snowshoeing.

Please note that if you would like to set up an appointment to see the property and expect to see anything beyond the property entrance, you must be willing to hike or snowshoe (depending on the season) around two miles round trip (more depending on how much you want to explore). If you are not willing to do so, that is a very good indicator that this property probably isn't right for you.

Our trail cameras have photographed an incredible array of Adirondack wildlife, including bears, moose and coyote. If any of that scares you, that is also a very good indicator that this property probably isn't right for you.
