Welcome to Pondside 2 at Holiday Shores Estates. This cozy cottage has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped eat in kitchen, family-room, and beautiful screened in deck overlooking the Holiday Shores private pond. The master bedroom with full bathroom has a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has full over full bunk bed. On the property you can enjoy the beautiful sand beach, multi-use court, playground, fishing dock, community fire pit, 2 kayaks, and other community amenities available t …o all the guests. Holiday Shores is conveniently located between 2 active communities: Inlet & Old Forge. Both towns have an abundance of activities to do for every age; water park, movie theatre, mini golf & golf courses, restaurants, shops, ice cream stands, arcades, go karting and so much more!
* Due to HOA Rules private fires are prohibited, however, there is the community fire pit overlooking the lake. Our rental unit also has a propane fire pit on the back deck for more of a private fire setting.

$1500 per week, 250 per night, 4 night minimum stay late June - August, otherwise 3 night minimum required, Rates vary by season so please contact us for specific rates. Half of the rental amount is due upon booking and the other half plus security deposit is due 30 days before check in.

Security Deposit Information: A $500 security deposit is collected at the time of booking. The security deposit is returned to you 48 hrs after your departure via Pay-pal, Venmo or check.

About Us: Thank you for taking the time to view our rental unit. We "fell in love" with the Adirondacks and decided to take a leap of faith into this new venture. If you choose to stay with us, we hope you find our cottage cozy, comfortable and most of all relaxing. Please let us know if you would like more pictures or information.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Fourth Lake: Our property is centrally located and is accommodating to all four seasons. SKIING: 9 miles from McCauley Mountain Ski Resort in Old Forge SNOWMOBILING: Directly across RT 28 from Trail 5 SUMMER/FALL ACTIVITIES: Boating on the Fulton Chain Lakes, Water Safari Water Park, hiking on Bald Mtn, Rocky Mtn. and Bear Mtn. Holiday Shores sandy beach equipped with lounge chairs.
