This home has a beautiful combination …of rustic and modern, features 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and can sleep 14 people (max). There are 3 bedrooms and two baths on the first floor and two bedrooms and one bath on the second floor. Master bedroom, with full shower bathroom, also has a walk in closet and a door that leads out to the Forest lane deck. The spacious second bedroom downstairs also has direct access to the Forest lane side deck.

Rates
Summer rates are last week of June to labor day. Week rentals from Saturday to Saturday. $2900.
Nightly rates in spring and fall $425 a night with a two night minimum.
Winter rates 14500 for the season. December 1 - March 31. ( Oversized garage with also with in-slab radiant heat to melt off the sleds overnight) Trailer parking available. Utilities and plowing INCLUDED ( may negotiate depending on time of year). Inquire for openings.
Last minute specials and cancellation openings can render better rates. Inquire for availability

No smoking indoors or on decks. Butts are to be disposed of in approved containers and not thrown into the yard or around property. Take out what you bring in!
Cleaning Policy:
Carpets are to be vaccumed. Solid surface floors are to be swept and mopped. Counters in kitchen and bath are to be wiped clean. Tables wiped clean. Refrigerator and freezer cleaned out and wiped clean. Cabinets are to be cleared out. Garbages are to be emptied and in approved containers outlined in the onsite binder. Bedrooms left the way you found them. All furniture and deck furniture returned to where they were found.
Linen Policy:
Bring your own bed sheets and pillow cases. All beds have two pillows and comforter. Bring your own bath towels. kitchen towels( or paper towels) and beach towels.
Security Deposit Information:
$1000 security deposit to be returned after check out review has been compleated.
