1,600 square feet of pristine living space await you with this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, four season home (heat & air) on 3/4 of an acre just 200 yards from the private HOA beach and lake. There are 3 floors of living space (basement with walkout, main floor with two sliders to deck and a single "man-door" and an upper loft-master su …ite). The main floor bathroom features a sink, toilet and tub/shower combination while the master bath (upstairs) features a vanity, sink, toilet & shower stall. A huge wrap around deck provides meadow views and partial lake glimpses (in fall and winter). The camp is on very clean well water but is further treated in the house by a whole home UV treatment system. A tankless water heater provides hot water on-demand. The kitchen has a stove, oven , microwave, dishwasher, fridge and many small appliances. Internet and phone is courtesy of Spectrum fibre and the entertainment system(s) includes two small flatscreens, Apple TV & Netflix & a DVD player. The sound system is an app compatible Sonos 5 speaker. Personal row boat, life jackets and oars are included and canoes and kayaks belonging to the HOA can be used by our guests.
