Security cameras are located outside cabin monitoring entrances/exits. Driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles. Street spot for 1 vehicle. Winter weather with snow expected, we recommend parking top of driveway. 2 cars max Cabin equipped with standby generator. Available all year around.

Prime time rates as follows: May 15th to September 15th $600.00 per night. (7 day booking sat to sat) $4,300.00 per week. Prime time Dec. 15th to March 17th rates above. 2 night minimum. Cleaning Policy: Cabin cleaned and sanitized by cleaning service before and after each visit. Washer/Dryer available for use by weekly visitors. Tide supplied. We ask that guests collect towels and face cloths in laundry basket to be left by washing machine. Cleaning service can start their cleaning once they arrive. Cabin should be left in swept condition. Microwave and refrigerator should be kept clean. Cleaning service handles the rest.
Linen Policy: Bed sheets, towels, face cloths, and pillow cases supplied to guests. Extra towels available in the warm month for swimmers use.
Security Deposit Information: Security deposit is $1,000.00 Returned within 1 week of departure. Again any spills should be cleaned up by guests. For example in frig or microwave. Unfortunately its happened before.
