Pet Policy: 1-2 dogs permitted $100.00 fee. Leash strongly recommended. We prefer you walk the dog up to the end of the paved road nearby where there is plenty of room to use vs. allowing the dog to relieve itself in the yard. Dog waste must be picked up and disposed of. Security deposit will be forfeited if animal waste is not cleaned up from the yard.
Bed, Bark & Beyond is located in Eagle Bay. This privately owned pet service offers, day care/boarding and possibly grooming for your pooch.
Smoking Policy: No vaping or smoking of any kind allowed anywhere on the property. Do not throw butts on the ground. Security deposit will be forfeited if there is any evidence of smoking in the home or on the property. No illegal drug activity.
Cleaning Policy: Limited cleaning services provided. Cleaners will inspect the home and property after your departure. Cleaners will clean the bathroom, change sheets and make beds. They will vacuum and mop the floors and sanitize touchable surfaces.
Please maintain the clean living conditions of the home throughout your stay.
Cleaning supplies can be easily found.
Leave all bedding on the bed, not the floor.
Wash and put away all dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, etc .
Remove your food and beverages from the cupboards, fridge and freezer.
Bags of garbage MUST be placed in roadside trash box for pick up. PLEASE !!!! DO NOT LEAVE OUT SIDE THE BOX...... BEARS IN THE AREA
Security Deposit will be forfeited if items remain and or need to be disposed of.
