A wonderful place to enjoy all the wonders of the Adirondack Mountains. Dock provided for your boat, enjoy fishing and swimming right outside your door. Upstairs offers 2 single, 1 doub …le and 1 queen bedrooms with a full bathroom (tub/shower) and a sitting room and the downstairs has a double bedroom with a full bathroom (shower) along with the living/dining/kitchen areas.

Pet Policy: Pets allowed upon approval. A non-refundable extra charge of $50.00 per pet is added to the total cost of the weekly rental. We ask that all pets are not on any of the furniture including beds.

Smoking Policy: No smoking inside the camp.

Cleaning Policy: Although we go over the camp thoroughly between rentals, we do expect the renters to leave the camp as they found it.

Linen Policy: Please bring your own sheets for 1 queen, 2 doubles and 2-4 twins, and bath & beach towels. We provide pillows, mattress pads, blankets or comforters and kitchen hand and dish towels.

“My family stayed at Camp Sunrise from 6/24/17-7/1/17 and we were extraordinarily pleased with the accommodations. Since this site limits the number of characters I can include in a review, I will be as brief as possible: The home is lovely and spacious for a large party. We comfortably slept 7 people (all adults) and 3 dogs with additional space to spare. The camp was clean and well kept with all of the conveniences of home. This home is nestled in a breathtaking location. The property sits on a sort of peninsula/lakefront corner so there is water at the front of the home and around the side. to add to this special feature, the home is built up over the water's edge allowing for beautiful views from the inside of the home as well. The lake bottom at the shore is sandy and the LARGE dock could easily park 2 to 3 boats of average 20 ft. length. The dock is well kept. One of my favorite features was the concrete stairs that extend right to the water's edge making the transition from shore to water a clean one. The property owners were exceptionally accommodating and provided a camp tour upon arrival. Communication with the owners was wonderful- Any questions we had during our stay- They were a text or call away with an answer. The grounds of the property are dry and sandy with plenty of shady pines overhead. The bonfire pit was well kept and enjoyable. We had plenty of parking for two vehicles and our boat trailer. The property offers privacy from neighbors as well. We will most definitely be back- After 10 years of renting from adkbyowner.com, we have finally found our home away from home!!! The Ray Family”
