Private dock for your personal boat (10 horse power engines or less allowed on lake) as well as a small beach for swimming. Enjoy the views of nature only the Adirondacks can provide. You will be amazed at the views from the kitchen and dining rooms or step out onto the screened porch to fully appreciate the peace and quiet. The house is not furnished with expensive antique rustic decor or log cabin furniture. We are ordinary people who believe in keeping things simple. Great location, great fishing and creating life long memories with family and friends. My husband and I recently purchased the property as our home away from home. We are both school teachers in New York City and needed a place to recharge ourselves with peace and quiet. Come and enjoy our piece of heaven. Watch the Otters and the American Eagles in the comfort and peacefulness of the Adirondack Park. You will not be disappointed.The Bass are waiting! Don't forget your in the wilderness, if your looking for the 4 Seasons Hotel this is not the place for you. This is a lived in house not a luxury hotel. You may find some dust and grime. My husband and I both love pets (especially dogs) so please respect our few simple rules and bring your pet on vacation. Your dog will love swimming in the lake. Just make sure to dry them off. |

| Cleaning Policy: | House is clean upon your arrival. Maid service is not included in the rental agreement. Please treat our home like your own. Snow removal is also not included. |

| Security Deposit Information: | $350 security deposit is required with the full rental payment 21 days prior to check in. Security deposit will be returned after the house has been cleaned. We have rented in the Adirondacks for many years and have always left the cabin/house cleaner than we found it. Try to adhere to the same policy.

Weekday rate $125 per night / 2 night minimum Weekend rate $150 per night (non-holiday) Plus 150.00 refundable secuirty deposit Summer 2012 Weekly Rate $1,150 ( Does not include $350.00 refundable security deposit) ( Rate of 1,150 per week is for 9 people max) Weekly rate is saturday after 1pm until saturday until 11am We rent for a minimum of seven days only throughout the entire summer june 1-sept 1.
