Our year round home is a picturesque modern mountain lake hideaway once part of the historic Saranac Inn property. Upper Saranac Lake is just across our quiet, dead end street, and the historic Saranac Inn Golf Club, state boat launch, dock and beach are all a 2-3 minute walk away. Our property offers endless possibilities for family fun and relaxation.
We feature lake views, beach access, dock space to accommodate a boat up to 18 feet (including motor), and we provide a canoe and three kayaks … for fun on the water. We also cater to families with young children by providing highchair, two booster seats, two pack-n-plays, two strollers, infant/toddler tub, bed rail, swing set, beach toys, basketball hoop + basketball, and a collection of board games and family-oriented DVDs.

Recently renovated in 2018, with a brand new kitchen, updated bathrooms, and all modern conveniences.

Available all four seasons.

All bookings are subject to Franklin County Bed Tax, which is 5% of the rent amount.

50% of rent amount deposit due at time of booking.
Remaining rent amount balance + security deposit, cleaning fee and Franklin County tax due within 60 days of arrival for 7 night stays, 30 days for stays under 7 nights.

Cleaning Policy: $225 cleaning fee.
$25 pet cleaning fee.
We ask that guests start the laundry (sheets/towels) prior to departure in order to give our housekeeper a head start on preparing our home for our next guests.
Linen Policy: Sheets, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels provided.
Security Deposit Information: $300 without dog(s).
$500 with dog(s).
Refunded within 30 days after departure, provided no damage done or other charges incurred (such as Pay-Per-View cable or long-distance phone calls).
-Reduced security deposits considered for returning guests.
