The property is cleaned before every renter,when you leave it is expected the house be back in the same condition as it was found, dishes washed and put away,beds made,furniture put back in position and all trash removed.Please leave the house broom swept and please treat it as you would your own.

Linen Policy: premises are classified as housekeeping cottages,meaning linens are renters responsibility
linens are available on site for $15.00 PER BED extra
