Year-round Cranberry Lake house features private setting on Matilda Bay, 107' waterfront with swimming, dock, fishing boat, 3 kayaks, canoe and 3 paddleboards. Rental includes a 14' Voyager Discovery fishing boat with a 9.9 hp motor and a trolling motor. Also you can bring your motor boat if preferred. There's a large yard to play games, relax and enjoy the Adirondack park. The fire pit is by the waterfront for campfires. The three level custom home boasts a two-story great room with floor …to ceiling fireplace, gourmet kitchen, 5 bedrooms, with the library and game room functioning as the 6th and 7th, 3.5 baths; altogether 3,600 sq ft of comfortable living. There is a large wrap-around deck to grill meals and enjoy the views. Deck includes a 9x11 screened room, ideal for reading, games and conversation. All the bedrooms are spacious with easy access to the bathrooms. The ground floor includes a laundry room, a 2nd kitchen with sink and small refrigerator and an unfinished game room with a sitting area, 3 beds, and walk-out to the lake. Our home is all about location and the Adirondack lifestyle. We have done our best to ensure we provide a carefully crafted experience. Even if it rains, we have you covered, there is plenty of space inside to spread out, play games, watch movies, listen to music and just enjoy. Located in the heart of the Adirondacks, there are countless hiking and snowmobile trails. Saranac Lake and Lake Placid are an hour away, both provide great shopping and dining. Come stay at our Adirondack home and create memories that will last a lifetime!

We enjoyed the serenity of the kayak and canoe, reading great books, long walks. We loved the fun of water skiing, tubing and cliff jumping. “My family which includes 7 adults and 7 grandkids spent a beautiful week at one of the most extraordinary lakefront homes ever. The house was spotlessly clean, super well-stocked with everything needed and equipped with all the water toys (paddle boards, kayaks, boats) aplenty to keep everyone happy. The entire home is wonderfully curated in true Adirondack style. I cannot thank the owners enough and we were so glad we found this lakeside gem!”

“Our children and grandchildren had such a wonderful time, at your vacation home. Our children enjoyed the fishing and kayaking and our grandchildren enjoyed the paddle boards and the floating dock. The girls liked the big room where they were all together, something different for them. My granddaughter took me out on the paddle board something different for " Nana ". Dinners and the guys doing the cooking was a treat for us gals, as we all 13 sat at the large dinner table. My grand girls didn't even care if waters were cold. They were even swimming for sunrise! A camp fire ended even if cool. Our pictures of this vacation truly show the good times at the beautiful home we stayed at. I truly want to thank you for opening your lakeside home. Thank you!”

“Thank you for a wonderful stay! The house was beautiful and provided a lot of space for three generations of our family to be together. The lake is beautiful and we loved using the boat at night to fish. The kitchen is fantastic and a pleasure to cook in. We love having the laundry room so we didn't have to pack a lot of clothes. “We're grateful to have finally found the perfect place to hold our family reunion getaway, and couldn't be happier with the our amazing hosts!! We had every amenity we could possibly need in this beautiful home away from home and they were always available and quickly responsive to all our questions. With ages ranging from 87-3, there was something for everyone. Our "littles" spent endless hours in the safe haven of the bay on the kayaks and swim pad, while the "bigs" took advantage of the opportunity to relax in a chair on the huge boat dock, float on a raft, or boat, jet ski, tube and fish on the large lake just around the bend. The first floor living made it easy for Grandma to sit on the deck with a birds-eye view, and the spacious rest of the house gave us extra room and privacy when we wanted some quiet time. Night time brought more family time around the spacious firepit with plenty of seating, s'mores and brain games. There was one night of rain, but it didn't phase us. We made good use of the screened in porch and the kids quickly found all the games made available to us in the library. The extra long dining table also doubled as the the late night puzzle table. We're already looking forward to returning next year and recommend you also make time to appreciate this gorgeous getaway!”

“As the 11 of us arrived we found this rental to be clean, spacious, inviting and well stocked. During our 2 week stay we especially enjoyed the boat, canoe and kayaks that were provided. We had a tub/water issue and the owners were easy to reach and had a quick fix. We were so grateful to them for being available and easy to communicate with during our entire rental process. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“We had an amazing week at this Cranberry Lake Property! The house was well set up and very spacious, our family of fourteen never felt crowded in the least. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for a week of cooking. We spent the majority of our time on the water and on the beautiful deck overlooking the lake. The "water toys" were so entertaining - a canoe, kayaks and several paddle boards to name a few. Also this house comes with use of their fishing boat which was such a bonus! We used it to fish and also to see some of the lake (the fishing was great by the way). The property owner was very courteous and was responsive to all our inquiries. We couldn't say enough good things about our stay and we hope to make it back again in the future!”

“All....Just returned from beautiful week here at Cranberry Lake. 16 family members, 3 sons and wives with 8 glorious grand children. Ages 15 to 2 all enjoyed their stay. The owners graciously supplied a small motor boat with a boat lift which our son used for his boat. We tried fishing but one got away! The large dining table enabled our whole family to dine together which is important to us. The owners provided two beautiful picnic tables for dining out on the lovely deck. We enjoyed morning coffee in the gazebo and loved the hummingbirds.The firepit enabled marshmallows and pies for those so inclined. This is an extraordinary property and home. We would love to return again in future. Bill and Donna K.”
