Wonderful home overlooking Rainbow Lake. Enjoy direct lakefront with lakeside sitting area and your own dock. Enjoy our kayaks, canoe and row boat on the more than 26 miles of interconnecting lakes. There are a 2 pairs of loons with a babies, who are now practicing flying over the lake, a pair of bald eagles, a pair of great blue herons, 2 otters, and of course, ducks and canadian geese. Just outside your front door is a hiking trail that stretches farther than 140 miles through beautiful sc …enic areas. Hike hills, or the High Peaks. Scale sheer rock faces, or hike behind a waterfall. Hike up Whiteface Mountain, or drive up and on clear days see all the way into Canada! Visit the Lake Placid Olympic sites, and in June see the horse show. Relax in the living room by the fireplace. Roast marshmellows by the firepit in the back yard. See a movie nearby, or enjoy the sunset over the lake. Home has new dishwasher, full gas oven and stove, full sized refriegerator, eat in Kitchen, and new washer and dryer. Enjoy the casual 2nd living room area on lower level with a lake view.

Cleaning Policy: Any trash or debris should be put in barrels (outside) and lids secured. Spills in fridge, microwave, or oven should be wiped up. Make sure that fire in fireplace (if used) is out and that glass doors are shut when you leave. Please make sure that fire in the firepit is out after each use before you leave the area.
Linen Policy: There is an extra set of linens for each bed, and a set for the sleeper sofa. There are 8 towels. Please use these ONLY indoors. Use your own beach towels for outdoors. Please do not make up beds that were slept in. If sleeper sofa was used, sheets can be put in bathtub or downstairs in hamper Place towels that were used in bathtub (no water) or in hamper downstairs.
Security Deposit Information: Security deposit is $800.00 After an inspection of premises, and an inventory of all items in the house, a refund will be given. Any excessive spills to carpets, or damage to other items in the house, or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit
