Pet Policy: We like animals, but due to allergy concerns of many families renting, we generally do not allow animals at our home. Thanks for understanding. We make exceptions on a very limited basis, please reach out to us.
Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking inside the home. Smoking outside the home and with care to make sure that fumes don't go inside, is permissible.
Cleaning Policy: The home is professionally and thoroughly cleaned by a cleaning service after each and every family. The cleaning fee is $350. During the summer season, the cleaners will arrive promptly at 10:15am and finish up around 3:45pm. Please be respectful of the time that it takes to clean and be mindful of the check-in (anytime after 4pm) and check-out times (10am).
Linen Policy: All linens are included -- bed linens, bath towels and beach towels.
Security Deposit Information: $1000 refundable security deposit.
