This boat access only camp will give you that sense of privacy and quiet you're looking for! The Camp has been lovingly updated with all new Samsung stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The updated bathroom includes new Samsung front-load washer and dryer. Bedrooms have all new memory foam mattresses (3 queen, 2 twin) and pill …ows, all with zippered "sleep defense" encasements. Sign in to your NETFLIX, HULU, Amazon, etc., account to enjoy your shows on the 50" Smart TV. There are three kayaks (2 single, 1 tandem), four stand up paddle boards, and one canoe. There is a regulation horseshoe pit on the property as well as lawn games including cornhole, badminton, archery set, and a basketball goal. Boat rentals are available from three locations on Raquette Lake as well as other area marinas. Our camp is a short seven-minute boat ride from Raquette Lake Village, but a world away from everything. It's time to experience the peace and relaxation of Indian Point! Rates

July and August - $2000 per week (Sunday - Sunday). Booking the week prior to Labor Day will include Labor Day Monday for no additional fee.
June, September (after Labor Day), October (through Columbus Day weekend) - $1250/week or $175 nightly (3 night minimum).
Deposits/Rents can be paid by check, Venmo, Zelle or PayPal.

Check in is 4pm on day of arrival and check out is 12:00pm.

Pet Policy: Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis. Extra deposit required. No cats.
There is a $250 security deposit per week per dog.
Smoking Policy: No smoking on property.
Cleaning Policy: Because this is a boat access only property, and with the potential of short turn around time between renters, we ask that prior to departure, renters empty and clean refrigerator, empty all trash cans and remove trash from property. All dishes must be washed and returned to cabinets. Bathrooms must be cleaned and all toiletries removed. A vacuum cleaner is provided.
Gas grill must be left clean.
Linen Policy: Please provide your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. There are 3 Queen and 2 Twin beds. We provide pillows and blankets. Renters need to provide own toiletries, dish soap and paper products. Use of on-site washer and dryer is included. Renters will need to provide detergent.
Security Deposit Information: A $500 security deposit per week is required to reserve your reservation. For reservations less than one week, we would ask for a deposit of $100 per night. The full rental amount is due by June1 of the year of your stay. Security deposits will be returned approximately one week after the premises are vacated assuming the camp is clean and there is no damage. Security deposits may be retained by the owners in the event the reservation is cancelled after June 1. Security deposits for cancellations prior to 6/1 will be returned within 30 days.
