Lakefront property on Upper Saranac Lake, once part of the historic Saranac Inn. The property has two fully furnished adjacent cottages with a beautiful 100+ year old barn as back drop. Only rented together, so you will have complete privacy. Both cottages are newly renovated top to bottom. Full amenities with all new kitchen, appliances, and laundry. Over 100 feet of lakefront and private dock with kayak, canoe, and 3 SUP's provided. Private beach volleyball court. Walk to Saranac Inn Golf …course. Perfect set up for two families, multi-generational families or extended families.

The Main cottage is two stories with two bedrooms upstairs - One with queen bed, and one with two sets of bunk beds (both are twin over full). Full bath upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs with additional enclosed outdoor shower. All new appliances - washer/dryer/dishwasher,stove/oven. Open floor plan with kitchen/living/dining. Dining table can fit 6-8. Also seats 3 bar counter stools at kitchen.

Cottage Two is open concept with one queen bed, 1 full bathroom with shower, plus enclosed outdoor shower. Full kitchen with all new appliances. Living room with two sofas (one is a sleeper) and two lounge chairs. Dining table can fit 4-6. Just feet away from the lake with full wall of windows opening to the lake.

*Sunday to Sunday weekly rentals during peak season from June 22 - Labor Day. Contact owner for weekend or mid-week rental availability and rates which are negotiable based on season. Lower rates may apply during non-peak periods. 3-night minimum. 2-night weekends sometimes available by special request.

“What a lovely rental! Both cottages are beautifully appointed with thoughtful consideration for renters every need, including canoe, kayak, and paddle boards for lake activities. Everything felt new, crisp, comfortable, and clean. The owner was responsive to emails and easy to work with. I feel so fortunate that we found this gem to enjoy. ”
