With a sizable kitchen and dining area, family meals are a breeze. This home offers 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The primary suite, with a queen size bed is located on the first floor and 4 additional bedrooms, a sleeping loft and full bathroom are locat …ed on the second floor. 3 bedrooms have double/full size beds, the 4th bedroom and sleeping loft each have 2 twins. On the property you'll enjoy the magnificent dock, which allows for a myriad of activities from fishing, to swimming, to boating, to star gazing, to dining in the 4th Lake sunsets. The lake bed around the dock is all sand and very accessible for all ages. A propane grill is available for your use along with a lakeside fire pit. This property can be enjoyed year-round and is nicely located near restaurants, shops, hiking trails and snowmobile trails.
Linens and towels are not included. Blankets, pillows and comforters are provided for your stay. This home has a washer & dryer.

Rates
Fall (2 night minimum) - $550/night or $3,600/week
Winter - Full Season Available - 12/1/23 - 4/1/24 (4 months) - $12K + propane
Spring (2 night minimum) - $550/night or $3,600/week
Summer (1 week minimum) - $5,990/week
Rental Money: 50% of the rental rate is due 6 months prior to your arrival date. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy- If you cancel within 6 months of your arrival date, we will do our best to rebook the home for the same timeframe. If we are able to rebook your home, you will receive your security deposit plus any rental paid less $250 cancellation fee. If we are unable to rebook your home all rental money paid will be forfeited.

We ask that you leave the home how you found it. Garbage removed, personal belongings removed. Doors & windows closed and locked. Lights off. Our professional cleaning team will clean and sanitize between guests.
-A $200 (+ tax) cleaning fee is collected at the time of the booking.
Linen Policy:
You must bring your own sheets and towels. We have 1 queen, 3 double/fulls and 4 twins. Blankets, comforters and pillows are provided.
Security Deposit Information:
A $500 security deposit is required at the time of booking. This is returned to you 2 weeks after your departure date via the original form of payment.

About Us: We have been vacationing to Old Forge through generations. Myself and my sisters first came here with our parents in the 1970's. We've made lifelong memories and friends. Since then, we've brought our own children who love it here just as much. It has become our home away from home. In 2020, we decided to purchase this home, fulfilling my mom and dad's dream of having a place of our own up here.
Why we think you will enjoy staying in Fourth Lake: Fourth Lake is home to some of the best bars and restaurants on the lake. It is where all the action happens during the summer months. There are always people out on the lake so you have the opportunity to make some great new friends.
Why our property is special: This is a perfect spot for a family with kids. Breathtaking view!!

“I have been renting in the Old Forge/Inlet area for over 25 years and I have to say, this place is the best! Perfect location, secluded enough to enjoy the sounds of the Adirondacks and feel relaxed, and the view!!! The view is breathtaking and makes me feel at peace sitting on the dock for hours at a time! Either jump off the dock into the clear water, or walk in right from the property! The boathouse is AMAZING and big enough to throw a party!! The owners are so so sweet and extremely accommodating! I will never rent anywhere else besides Shamrock Shores again!”
