Holiday Shore Estates has many amenities on site available to our guests: Free Wifi, children friendly sandy beach, sundeck with chairs, tennis court, playing field with childre …n's playground area, bocce ball court, basketball court, horseshoes, volleyball, and boat launch with docking facilities available. For outdoor enthusiasts the possibilities are endless: mountain bike trails swimming, hiking, fishing, golfing, horseback riding, seaplane rides, train rides, and boating. Just a few short minutes away you can also enjoy the towns of Old Forge and Inlet where you will find great restaurants, grocery stores, shops, entertainment and of course great lake views. Thats just the summer. Fall is an amazing time to take in the stunning change of the season. Wonderful time to take a hike and paddle. Winter can be picturesque and fun with snowmobiling and skiing. Cleaning Policy:
We utilize a cleaning service between rentals. Prior to departure, we expect renters to sweep, empty the refrigerator and trashcans( place garbage and recyclables in their respective receptacles near the side of the maintenance garage) wash all dishes (or run dishwasher), leave furniture and amenities where they were found upon arrival, utilities turned off and doors locked and otherwise leave the place tidy, organized and ready for our cleaning service to get to work.
We will provide a starter set of paper and cleaning products as well as 2 clear trash bags. Clear trash bags are required by Herkimer County for garbage disposal.
Linen Policy:
No towels or linens provided
Please bring any kitchen, bath and beach towels you may need as well as linens for a king, full, twin beds (queen sofa) as needed.
Pillows, blankets and comforters are provided.
