December 1st - March 31st = Seasonal = $9,300 plus electric-this includes trailer parking for one snowmobile trailer per season. Any additional trailer parking will be $500 per trailer per season. Cleaning is available monthly, bi weekly or weekly for an additional charge of $175 per cleaning.

The cleaning fee collected covers additional cleaning services (such as mopping, deep cleaning, etc) to ensure each and every tenant has an enjoyable stay. As well Tenant(s) agree to repair, replace or pay for any breakage, damage, theft, and extra cleaning of the premises, furnishings and/or equipment.

Linen Policy: Linens included-which include all bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, as well as all bedding.
