Our 3bd 2ba cabin offers quality accommodations for up to 6 guests. The main floor features 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed, and another bedroom includes two twin beds. The basement at Fern Point includes an inviting bedroom with a queen bed and tranqui …l views of the lake. The basement also includes a full bathroom. Quality linens are provided for all guests.
In the dining room guests will experience a remarkable panoramic view, and a large dining table with comfortable seating for 6. The fully stocked kitchen features modern appliances, and an abundant supply of dining ware. The furnished back deck includes a gas grill for guests to enjoy.
The living area features a 55-inch smart TV, easy to use gas fire place, and comfortable seating for 6. Fern Point is equipped with YoutubeTV, high speed internet, and Netflix service. The basement also includes a washer dryer closet that guests may use for all of their laundry needs.
Guests leaving the walk-out basement will find themselves in a lush backyard that features a beautiful stone fire pit and a large dock. The waterfront at Fern Point offers a gradually declining sandy bottom which makes for excellent swimming, floating, and easy navigation for all of the supplied watercrafts.
Guests are invited to use any of our 3 kayaks, 2 canoes, or the stand-up paddle board. The 16-foot aluminum fishing boat is also available for guest use. This boat features 2 trolling motors, a fish finder, and multiple rod holders for trolling around the lake. Guests will have access to plenty of life jackets, oars, and paddles in the outdoor shed.

“We were looking for a quiet place to rent within reasonable driving distance to Whiteface and Lake Placid. This house on Fern Lake fit the bill perfectly. The home is immaculate and well equipped. And being lakefront puts it over the top. We would definitely rent this home again.”
