Smoking Policy:
There is no smoking in the house at all. Anyone that does not adhere to this policy will forfeit their entire deposit.
Cleaning Policy:
To insure your vacation home is as clean as you deserve it to be, we do utilize a cleaning service in between rentals. The cleaning fee is $150. Cleaners adhere to short term rental Covid-19 regulations.
-We expect our guests to please leave the space how you found it. Prior to departure please empty the refrigerator and trash cans, strip beds and put all sheets in laundry chute (downstairs bathroom) and place blankets on the bed. Please wash and put away and dishes and leave all amenities and furniture where they were found upon arrival. All trash must be taken with you on departure (Transfer Station hours are listed on the Fridge with other "things to know". Please make sure that all electrical appliances and lights are off before leaving.
Linen Policy:
Linens including sheets, blankets and pillows for all beds are INCLUDED. Bath towels/washcloths/Soap/Shampoo as well as a starter kit of toilet paper and paper towels are provided along with complimentary coffee!
Security Deposit Information:
Security deposit $200
-Deposit will be returned within 14 days provided that no extraordinary cleaning is necessary, no items are missing or broken, and no violations have occurred to the smoking, pet or occupancy policies. 50% of your stay and $200 security deposit is due at booking and refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to your reservation. The other 50% and the $125 cleaning fee is due 30 days before check in. No cancelations are allowed within 30 days of reservation.
