Large waterfront home, ideal for family vacations located in a beautiful quiet bay along the western shore of northern Lake George. The historic house (1956) views the tallest mountain on the lake; Black Mountain and spectacular sun and moon rises.

The waterfront has a large wrap around dock for swimming with easy stairs to exit water and dock space available outside boathouse for one boat (Snug Harbor South boat rentals conveniently less than 1 mile away). The rental also includes a shaded …deck by the water, floating 16' trampoline, paddle board, one kayak and canoe with life jackets and paddles.

The large house has five bedrooms and four full retro bathrooms as well as a finished downstairs to accommodate up to 12 people. Kitchen is fully equipped with an extra refrigerator in the detached garage. The open living and dining rooms are lined with sliding glass windows looking out to the large patio viewing the pristine clear waters. The main patio has a table, chairs, and lounging chairs. The yard is fully fenced in for young children and lovable dogs (up to three dogs allowed) along with a gas grill, hammock, and lower patio off the downstairs room; all adorned with native Adirondack landscaping.

Amenities include, flat screen TV with cable, wireless WiFi, DVD player, air conditioning in five bedrooms, ceiling fans in main living area, fans in every bedroom, sheets (no blankets) and bath towels (no beach towels), washer & dryer, board/card games for all ages and toys for the young ones, and off road parking for five cars.

Rates

Season (July - Aug.): $8,600 / week plus a $400 cleaning / garbage removal fee and a 4% county bed tax.
Saturday to Saturday; minimum stay is one week and maximum stay is two weeks.
Non-refundable $500 deposit is due when a fully signed contract is sent reserving your rental time.
Check-in at 5:00 PM and check-out at 9:00 AM.

Off season (Sept.-Oct.): reduced rate of TBD / week plus cleaning / garbage fee and a 4% county bed tax. Minimum stay of three nights.
