Our home has it all! A large waterfront deck, large area for yard games, waterfront bonfire pit, 2 slip dock, located on the quiet Sixth Lake, which leads to the larger more active Seventh Lake. It is also close to numerous hiking trails!
Inside we have a large Great Room area with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area and living room. The Main floor also has two good sized bedrooms (both queen, one with a tw …in) and a newly remodeled full bathroom. Above the Great Room is a large loft that overlooks the deck and lakefront. The loft has a queen, two fulls and a couch. Our lower level has a bedroom (queen), a full bath with a washer/dryer and a fully equipped game room. This room has a bar, fridge, puzzle table, pool table, brand new sectional couch (no pets on this please), and a shuffle board.

Our maximum occupancy is 10 and this is primarily due to our septic system. It simply cannot take that much use in the course of a week. This is non-negotiable. We appreciate your cooperation with this limit.

Pet Policy: Well behaved dogs (limit two) are welcome at The BlueMoose. However, NO pets shall be allowed anywhere in or on the premises without our written permission at the time of your booking. Violation of this rule shall result in forfeiture of all of the security deposit, rent paid, and grounds for immediate eviction.
Pet charge - $250 for each dog with additional $300 refundable deposit.
Dogs need to be kenneled when left alone in the house. We provide two large kennels.

Smoking Policy: No Smoking on this property. Thank you for your consideration.
Cleaning Policy: Please leave the camp in very clean condition...the way you should find it upon your arrival. Please contact us immediately upon your arrival, if you have any concerns with the condition of the camp.
Please vacuum, sweep, mop all appropriate areas, wipe out the fridge, microwave & oven, wash, dry and put away all items used in the kitchen, clean the stovetop, clean the bathroom(s), and
remove all recyclables and garbage from camp and drop off at the Inlet Transfer/Recycling station on Limekiln Rd.
Linen Policy: We provide pillows and blankets. You will need to bring your own sheets, personal pillows. pillow cases, bath and beach towels, and kitchen/dish towels.

Security Deposit Information: Refundable Cleaning Security Deposit: $500.00
The deposit will be returned or voided and destroyed within 14 days of your stay providing there is no damage and the property is left in clean condition.

Meet the Owner(s)

About Us: We are the Bluem's (John and Bethany; Will and Jena) and the Condon's (Amy and Conor) and this is our home in the ADK. Our family has been coming up here for almost 25 years! We decided we wanted to create some amazing ADK memories in our own home with our growing family. We are so excited to have our own place and to be able to to share it with others who have a special place in their heart for the ADK.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Inlet: What isn't to love about it? Small quiet lake (6th) to swim, fish and boat that is connected to a larger lake (7th) to explore. Lots of parks and hiking nearby. Small town benefits with lots to do! Wonderful locally owned shops and restaurants. Or do nothing at all!

Why our property is special: Nestled on a tree lined quiet lake (6th) that is big enough to swim, ski, kayak and boat yet small enough that there isn't a lot of boat traffic. Our home sits back a bit from the water for privacy yet has direct access and views of the water. Our dock is even set back in a little cove. Our huge deck and fire pit face the water too! Even on rainy days the scenery is amazingly serene. If does happen to rain, our game room is full of things to do!
