About Us: We have been doing improvements on the home and renting it out to pay for them. This is in a great location for the summer months with boating etc and the perfect Hiking location as it is central in the park. We are eventually looking for a few renters that would be long term renters who come back year after year. We plan to use the house more ourselves after we do the upgrades that we want to the property and would like to find a select 3-4 families that we feel comfortable with.

Why our property is special: 100' Sandy Beach, Central location for hiking, close to Gore for skiing
