Newly renovated camp with 1st Lake views as well as lake rights. Enjoy yourself on the large 2 tier outdoor deck over looking first lake. Camp custom sits on the hill above Hollywood Hills Beach. It is close to all amenities including Enchanted Forest, many hiking trails and downtown Old Forge. Take a quick one minute walk down to the semi-private beach to sunbathe, fish, swim or launch your boat or jet skis. Feel free to use our kayaks to explore the Fulton Chain of lakes. The camp includes … WIFI and cable TV in both the living room and master bedroom. The camp has 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 7. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook inside or enjoy the views while you BBQ outside. At night enjoy a fire at the firepit. Please note : As of 2024, docking at Hollywood hills is not available.

Rates

2025 RATES $1925 per week Peak - Memorial Day through Columbus Day, Check in 3PM or after on Saturday. Check out by 10AM the following Saturday for peak weeks. $1575 per week Non-Peak, Saturday through Saturday. $275/night with 3 day minimum Non-Peak * We will consider alternate rental agreements for non peak weeks ( ex. # of days, etc.). Please contact us with specific details for consideration. Payments must be sent via PayPal, Venmo or Zelle. We require a weekly rental deposit of $500 + the $250 security deposit and signed rental agreement (sent via email ) to secure your reservation . The remaining balance will be due at least 60 days before arrival. If the remaining balanceis not paid 60 days before arrival, the reservation will be cancelled and you will forfeit your weekly rental deposit of $500. The security deposit will be refunded. All reservations become final 60 days before arrival and no refunds will be given after that point.
2026/2027 Winter Rental (Dec 1-Mar 31) $8000 plus electric. Plowing, cable, wifi, and propane are included. WINTER 25/26 IS BOOKED.

Cleaning Policy: Prior to departure we expect renters to empty the refrigerator and trash cans and leave furniture and amenities where they were found upon arrival. The camp is professionally deep cleaned in between guests and there is an additional fee of $175 for cleaning.

Linen Policy: Renters should provide their own sheets, blankets, pillowcases, bath towels, beach towels and paper products. Mattress protectors are included on each bed and pillows are available upon request.

Security Deposit Information: $250 Security Deposit due upon reservation and returned upon inspection, typically 7-10 days within departure.
