The Cottage is located in a quiet family neighborhood next to Washington County Park. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, parlor, dining room and a great sun room. There is a large deck outside with tables and chairs for your morning coffee. A canoe and two kayaks are available upon request. Outside there is a patio with a BBQ grill and firepit: local firewood not provided.) Lake access is a 2 minute walk to Washington County Park where you will find two tennis and pickle ball courts, basket ba …ll, play ground equipment, picnic tables and great sandy swimming and canoe/kayak launch. Hullets Landing is a unique hidden gem on Lake George and it is an easy walk from the cottage to Huletts golf course, post office, ice cream parlor, casino, library and two churches along with a marina and small store. Rates

Daily rental is $300 nightly, minimum of two nights. Weekly rental is $2000 which goes from Saturday to Saturday, arrival not before 3pm and departure at 11am. A 50% deposit is due to secure the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. A full refund will be returned if cancelled within 60 days, and a 50% refund will be returned if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
