Eagle Creek Lodge is a four season, waterfront home located on Eagle Creek, just seconds from the sand bars in Fourth Lake. The Property is at near water level with over 120 feet of water frontage on Eagle Creek. Frontage includes Dock system, and lawn right up to the break wall. Dock up to 3 boats, or combination of boats, Jet skis, and personal watercraft. All of this is less than 100 feet from the front door of the Lodge. Canoes and kayaks are available on the property for use by the rente …r at no additional charge. Paddles and limited number of PFDs in various sizes will be supplied at no additional charge.

Cleaning Policy: Eagle Creek Lodge will be professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. A small checklist of specific di instructions for items such as trash removal, dishes, and other small items will be provided. Any unexpected excessive cleaning necessary will be deducted from your security deposit.

Linen Policy: Please bring your own bath towels and bed linens. You do have the option of linen service for $250.

Security Deposit Information: $500 Security deposit. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. Security Deposit and half of the rental rate due upon reservation. Balance due within 30 days of arrival.
