Off Peak Months (October-May)
3 Night Minimum

Summer Months are available for week long stays only Sunday-Sunday

*A rental deposit is due at time of booking in the amount of 1/3 the total nightly stay amount.
Full refund of this deposit will be made if cancellation is 60+ days before reservation, 1/2 refund if 30+ days before reservation, and no refund if less than 30 days before reservation.
*Remaining Balance including Nightly Rate, Cleaning Fee, and All Deposits due 30 days prior to arrival.
Return of all Deposits will be made to guests within 7 days of check-out if property is left in good condition.

Check-Out Time is 10:00am on day of departure

Pet Policy: Pets of all sizes are welcomed to our property, as we understand that they are members of the family and cannot be left behind. An additional fee ($150) for each pet is required. Pets must also be leashed at all times when outdoors.

Smoking Policy: While Smoking is not allowed in the building or on any of the decks, we do allow outdoor smoking in a designated gazebo area. We ask that all associated trash be disposed of cleanly and safely to preserve the beauty of the area.

Cleaning Policy: We ask that you leave the Lodge in a reasonable state at the end of your stay with all dishes washed. We do utilize a professional cleaning service between each stay. The cleaning fee attached to each stay is $550.

Linen Policy: All Linens and Towels are provided.

Security Deposit Information: A security deposit of $750 is required for damages or extra cleaning, if the property is not left in a reasonable state. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, guest will be responsible for the overage.
