The home also has a screened-in porch with plenty of seating for enjoying meals and just relaxing.If you are a snowmobiler this is the home for you. Park your sleds at the front door and ride right onto the lake. We have thought of all of the details so you don't have to! Linens and towels are provided. New washer and dryer. First year only to provide us an opportunity to build a loyal customer base, our weekly rental fee is $500/day minimum of 7-day rental and a maximum of 14 days. plus a Pet fee and security deposit of $500. 2024 rates will be $500-650/Night with the exception of repeat customers who will be able to lock in 2023 rates. VRBO will have variable daily rates by season.

Pet Policy: We are pet friendly at an additional cost of $50/day and a security deposit of $500
-Pets must be house-trained, bark-friendly, and kept on a leash as appropriate.
Smoking Policy: No Smoking is allowed inside the house
Cleaning Policy: $150 Cleaning Fee will apply... the renters are expected to strip the beds and place linen in the laundry area including all towels used. Garbage can be left on the back porch.
Linen Policy: Fresh linen for beds and pillows will be provided.
-Upon departure, strip beds and leave linen in laundry room to be washed.
Security Deposit Information: Security deposit of $500 plus $250 if a pet is joining you will be held in escrow and refunded within two weeks of departure if all conditions are met. Any damages beyond deposit will be directly build to the client inclusive of pictures of repairs made beyond normal wear and tear.
