Cleaning Policy: We expect you to leave the rental as you found it upon arrival. Must be clean and neat. All dishes washed, refrigerator emptied and cleaned, bathrooms cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped. Vacuum and mop supplied. Please bring cleaning supplies, paper towels and toilet paper with you. All garbage and recyclables must be removed.
If not left clean and neat you could risk loosing security deposit.
Linen Policy: Please bring your own bed linens, towels, beach towels, and kitchen linens. If you are unable to bring them we can provide them for an additional fee.( $50.per stay).
Security Deposit Information: $200. security deposit to be returned upon inspection.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Inlet: You can enjoy many hiking trails, climb many mountains in the area, local shops, and many restaurants. Inlet Golf Club is about 1 1/2 miles away. It is a beautiful 18 hole golf course. Inlet has outdoor concerts on Saturdays in the summer at the Arrowhead Park by the beach.
