Welcome to exclusive Upper Saranac Lake! Waterfront property and boathouse with wonderful views on the quiet southern end of Upper Saranac. Located on Bungalow Bay with a shallow, sandy bottom entry-- great for kids & grandkids!

This Adirondack camp is easily accessed off State Route 30 on a quiet dead end street. Boathouse with a 2nd story deck with great views, along with a dock with easy entry to water. Rooftop deck with a Polywood dining table, porch with picnic table and gas grill, as …well as a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Also, an outdoor shower.

This year round camp has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Two bedrooms downstairs, each with a king bed (brand new Tuft & Needle mattresses). Upstairs is one bedroom with 2 queen beds. Fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities. New front loading washer & dryer.

Available for use: 15 foot Grumman canoe, kayak, 4 paddle boards, & life vests.
Any additional canoes or boats can be rented through Mac's Canoe Livery & Outfitter (they will deliver to the house) or any marina (Upper Saranac Marina).
Please check the boat draft before renting.
If you are bringing a boat, again, please check with us regarding draft and our water depth.

Firewood is readily available nearby. There are many cash/box options along Rt. 3 and Rt. 30. It's very easy & accessible. We also frequently have some available for your use.

Yes, the house has good, high speed internet/WiFi.
354 Mbps, to be exact. You can take video calls & stream videos.

We are unable to accommodate pets. Thank you for understanding.

Also, the fireplace is not able to be used due to insurance reasons.

Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the payment will be refunded as follows:
100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 60 days before check-in.
