Amazing lakefront views await! Camp Kuchen is a cozy 3 bedroom-1 bathroom cottage located on the waterfront of White Lake. Large outdoor upper deck offers a spectacular view of White Lake. You can relax on the lower dock right on the water to enjoy those beautiful Adirondack evenings. With two bedrooms each with two twin beds, and the master bedroom with a full-size bed, the camp can sleep 6 guests comfortably, or up to 8 if you don't mind sleeping on the couches or an air mattress!

New deck …furniture, wood fire pit, and propane grill are on the upper deck for your enjoyment. Four kayaks are also available to use, complete with paddles and life vests (liability waiver must be completed before using kayaks). Kitchen stocked with pots, pans, plates and utensils. Gas stove/oven, microwave oven, and coffee maker also available for your use. Living room has a TV/DVD combination to enjoy on a rainy night.

Camp Kuchen is conveniently located just minutes off of Rt 28, with easy access from the road and plenty of parking. Camp Kuchen is a short 20-minute drive away from beautiful Old Forge and all of its offerings (including Enchanted Forest Water Safari and Bald Mountain). There is also a deli/general store a few minutes away for any last-minute supplies you may have forgotten. The camp is on the quiet side of the lake, opposite the highway, for a peaceful Adirondack experience.

Linens and bedding not provided, so please bring your own. Basic cleaning supplies and a vacuum are available. Driveway parking for 2 vehicles, with additional roadside parking for 1 to 2 vehicles.

$1000 monthly the remainder of the year (no indoor water during winter months but there is an outhouse)

Smoking Policy: Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the camp. Smoking is permitted on the property and outside decks. Please pick up all litter and butts upon departure.
Cleaning Policy: Cleaning will be provided at the end of the rental but it is expected that the home will kept in the same state as it is found. Please make sure furniture and amenities are where they were when you arrived. Please vacuum, swept, dishes washed (and put away), and all beds made as found upon arrival, empty refrigerator and trash can. All garbage must be taken removed from the cabin. There is a garbage transfer station in Old Forge and another in Inlet.
Linen Policy: Please bring own linens, blankets, sheets, pillowcases, towels, wash cloths and paper products. Some blankets, quilts, and pillows are provided.
Security Deposit Information: A separate $500 security deposit is due at time of booking. Your security deposit will be returned to you within 10 business days of departure. Excessive cleaning, damage and trash may result in partial or full loss of security deposit. Please go through the cabin upon your arrival and notify me if there is any damage.

About Us: Hello! We have had the cottage in our family for over 20 years now. We live approximately one hour away so are nearby to answer questions and address problems.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in White Lake: Our camp is on the quiet side of White Lake, so you get the peacefulness of the Adirondacks, but are close enough to the amenities of Old Forge. Enchanted Forest is always a great way to spend a day, and Bald Mountain is just a few minutes past that!
