Evergreen Point is a beautiful knotty pine finished camp on the shores of Simond Pond in the heart of the Adirondacks. Three bedrooms and two baths with 2 bedrooms on the first floor with queen beds sharing a full bath, the second floor bedroom has 2 queen beds.and en suite bathroom.

The great room has an open floor plan with vaulted ceiling with fantastic views of the lake, the fully equipped kitchen features a granite peninsula with seating for 3, the rustic dining table will seat 10, fla …t screen TV and air conditioning.

The downstairs play room has a large flat screen TV, foosball table and a full size washer and dryer. Cable TV and WiFi included.

Enjoy outside dining at the picnic table in the covered pavilion, roast marshmallows at the fire pit while relaxing in the Adirondack chairs. The dock will accept two power boats and make sure you check out the sunsets and swimming at your private island.

Simond Pond, Raquette River, Big Tupper Lake and Raquette Pond are directly accessible from your property.

$3,000.00 per week from June to September 11 (Check in Sat 3:00PM check out following Sat 10:00AM)
$400.00 per night with a 3 night minimum for the remainder of the year.
$150.00 cleaning fee.
5% bed tax to be added.
50% due with booking
Balance due 30 days prior to rental start.

Deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to rental date less $250.00 processing fee, less than 60 days deposit is forfeited unless replacement tenant is found.
