This cottage is charming and cozy and has access to Upper Saranac lake by a shared dock. There are two large bedrooms with double/queen beds; living room, dining room, renovated kitchen and 2 baths. There is also an upstairs loft room with 4 twin beds and a double bed. Screened porch.

The St. Regis Canoe Area with multiple ponds and short carries surrounds the area and there are many hiking trails nearby. The cottage is a short walk from the Saranac Inn golf course, 15 minutes from Tu …pper Lake and Saranac Lake for shopping and restaurants, and 30 minutes from Lake Placid. There is also a small grocery and gas station 5 minutes away which is open during the summer.

You can use the camp kayak, canoe and paddle boards at the shared camp dock. .

The cottage has internet and a washer and dryer.
