Rates

Rates vary depending on the cabin you are staying in and the time of year. Our rates range from;

Spring - $300/night or $2,000/week to $450/night or $2,500/week
Summer - $395/night or $2,450/week to $550/night or $3,450/week
Fall - $300/night or $2,000/week to $450/night or $2,500/week
Winter - $395/night or $2,450/week to $550/night or $3,450/week

The security deposit is due when the booking is made. The first 1/2 of the rental is due 6 months before your arrival date, and the remaining balance is due 60 days before your arrival date. We accept all major credit cards, cash and check.

Cancellation Policy- If you cancel within 6 months of your arrival date, we will do our best to rebook the home for the same timeframe. If we are able to rebook your home, you will receive your security deposit plus any rental paid less $250 cancellation fee. If we are unable to rebook your home all rental money paid will be forfeited.
