Ample in scale, yet comfortable and inviting, this is a great spot to relax and rejuvenate between Adirondack adventures. Greystone Lodge features two stone fireplaces, an open floor plan, abundant natural light and exceptional living spaces for family and friends. A gourmet kitchen is complemented by a formal dining table with seating for 8 while the 5 furnished outdoor areas provide multiple opportunities for gathering. 4 BR, 4.5 BA, 5 furnished outdoor spaces, 4 car parking (2 in heated garage w/EV charging, 2 in driveway)

4 spacious and well appointed bedrooms: Main floor Suite (king) includes a custom fireplace, walk in closet, private screened porch and full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower with separately controlled dual shower heads. The second floor features two beautiful guest suites (queen bed), each with a generously sized walk in closet (built in shelving, ample hanging space and hangars) and an ensuite full bathroom. Lower level bunk room is huge and boasts three bunks (each is a twin over full bed) with an adjacent full bath. Each bedroom has its own thermostat (radiant in floor heating), room darkening shades and two full size dressers in addition to closets making for a comfortable and effortless travel experience.

Entertain friends and family: loft living room with lounge & balcony and loads of board games & puzzles; main floor living room with TV, fireplace, abundant seating, beautiful views; and a lower level family room equipped with game rooms (ping pong, pool table, foosball) and a movie/game console lounge space. Host your own tournament of champions or a relaxing movie night with popcorn. 5 furnished outdoor spaces with views of beautiful Mirror Lake offer a perfect place to relax after a day of telecommuting or a rigorous day of outdoor activity.

Ideal for a luxury break, Greystone Lodge is convenient to 4-Seasons of outdoor activities and is a great location for family friendly day trips, beautiful scenic drives and is an easy walk to local shops & restaurants, or enjoy one of our favorites, relax with the view. In the winter, cross the street to walk right onto Mirror Lake for some winter wonderland adventure and in the summer grab one of our lake floats and head to the sandy beach or pop in along the way. 15 minutes to Whiteface ski and walking distance to Olympic oval & rinks.

The kitchen is well stocked for baking, grilling and family meal prep (6 burner gas stove, two ovens), has an island that seats 5, and an adjacent screened porch with a propane grill and outdoor dining area. We cook, bake and grill A LOT and love that we have space for multiple chefs and can comfortably entertain family and friends while whipping up a meal. A large 8 seat dining area completes the main level.

Our home away from home is fully furnished and equipped with more than just the essentials to make this a great getaway for family and friends. A few of the welcome extras include: waffle maker, spice drawer, grill w/propane, kitchenaid mixer & baking pans, loads of board games & puzzles, picnic basket & beach towels, Sonos speakers & Lutron lighting. All beds dressed and ready to go making for an effortless stay in beautiful Lake Placid.

About Us: More than seasonal residents and sort of nomads, we spend 4-10 days a month in Lake Placid and in our post pandemic work lives, have the opportunity to stay 20+days several times a year. To our welcome surprise, with direct flights to/from Boston daily, we get to easily catch up with our college daughter too. We feel so fortunate to spend time in the Adirondacks each season. Whether your hikes take you near or far, or you are just relaxing with the view, we hope you enjoy Greystone Lodge.
