The house contains three bedrooms on the main floor (all with ceiling fans), a fourth bedroom in the attic, plus three twin cots for extra bed space. The interior porch also has a pull-out sofa double bed (use must be requested beforehand).

The great room has a large fireplace (winter use only) while the interior porch offers great views of the lake and mountains.

The dining room table can expand to seat 14. The kitchen is well stocked with typical large and small appliances as well as all … the things commonly found in American kitchens. There is a gas grill for cooking and a fire pit for evening gatherings by the lake. The whole house generator provides backup power as needed.

The large yard has six Adirondack chairs and an outdoor dining table that seats eight, making the lawn ideal for family lunches in the summer or reading on sunny afternoons. There are also swings, lake-side benches, a hammock, canoe, and two kayaks for more ways to enjoy the outdoors.

The expansive view of Rogers Rock and Anthony's Nose is considered by many to be the best on the lake.

** NOTE: 31' dock is suitable for family style power boats up to about 21' but not longer pontoon boats. Wave action during a north wind would be a hazard for boats that cannot moor with the bow out.

About Us: This home and the Adirondack Mountains have been treasured by five generations of our family. We are pleased to share the house with others who we trust will equally enjoy it.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Hague: Three minutes south in the town of Hague is a quaint village center with gift shops, market, public beach, park, boat rental and boat launch. Ten minutes north in Ticonderoga is easy access to grocery shopping, restaurants, golf, and revolutionary Fort Ticonderoga.

Why our property is special: The north side of Friends Point has the best views on the lake! Additionally, the large grass yard gently slopes to the water. Easy swim access plus 14' water depth at end of dock is good for diving. Large windows provide view of lake and mountains from great room and interior porch. Throughout the house there is a Gilded Age feel with artisan decor. Baths have luxurious-style glass showers. Winterized for four-season use. Abundance of books, games, and puzzles for a rainy day.
