Steps from the water, this newly renovated 1950's cottage is right on the shore of Sixth Lake. This will be our first summer renting it in quite a long time. We have spent the last two summers restoring the cottage back to its charming beginnings but with modern amenities! Nestled on the shoreline, you have your own deck that stretches the length of the camp, waterfront area and the use of your own dock. Its … about 3.5-4 feet deep at the end of the dock depending on rainfall. You can dock a motorboat no problem. The lake in front of the camp is sandy and gradually gets deeper, which makes it a good swimming area for children. There are built in lawn steps that lead into the lake and put you in ankle deep water for easy access! It comes with the use of kayaks, stand up paddle board, rowboat, canoe, and paddle boat. There is also a fire pit area with lake views for your enjoyment.

1/2 rental amount due upon booking
The remaining balance + $500 Security deposit due 60 days prior to check-in

Cancellation Policy:
100% refund if 30 days or more prior to check-in if less than 30 days prior to check-in, and IF WE CAN fill your cancellation we will refund your money.

Smoking Policy: There is NO SMOKING in the camp. Smoking is permitted outside, away from doors and windows. Please be sure to dispose of ALL cigarette butts in the trash.
Cleaning Policy: Please leave it neat and in the condition you found it! Clean and neat!
-Upon Checkout, cottage to be broomswept, all food and garbage removed and dishes washed and put away.
We will do a disinfectant cleaning between stays.
Linen Policy: We normally do not provide linens, as then we don't have to charge sales tax.
-We will however provide linens upon request for an additional fee plus NYS sales tax.
Security Deposit Information: Security Deposit of $500 is required. This is in addition to rental cost and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the cabin upon your departure usually within a week.

About Us: This property has been loved by four generations of our family. We have been on Sixth and Seventh Lakes since the early 1930s and have a long history and a deep love for this land and lake. Its our hope that you will love this magical place as much as we do! A lot of love and care went into restoring this camp, and it is our hope that you will enjoy it and make amazing memories here also!

Why our property is special: We let the charm of the cottage and the stunning views do all the talking! If you're looking for a special place that even the loons love, this is it! The loons visit twice a day usually, along with a host of other wild life. The deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors at the top portion of the property and the views are spectacular and ever changing. We have been told its magic here, and we couldn't agree more!
