Rates

Peak Season: June 1 - Labor Day $4,350 per week; Saturday to Saturday rentals (plus 5% Franklin County tax). Cleaning fee is $200.00.

Fall Season:After Labor Day - Oct. 31 $525.00 per night (3 night minimum) or 3,650 per week (plus 5% Franklin County tax). Cleaning fee is $200.00.

Off Season:
Holidays - Thanksgiving, X-mas, Winter Carnival - $425 per night (3 night minimum) or $2,975 per week (plus 5% Franklin County tax). Cleaning fee is $200.00.

All other times $2,700 per week or $385.00 per night (plus 5% Franklin County tax). Cleaning fee is 200.00.

-REFUND POLICY: Full refund will be given for canceling 90 or more days prior to rental.
50% refund will be given for cancelling 15-89 days prior to rental. If we can rent that time, you will be given a full refund.
No refund will be given for cancellation 14 days or less prior to rental.

Pet Policy: No pets are permitted for renters. Although, if you are sensitive to dog allergies... our house is cleaned thoroughly between rentals, but our dogs do stay in the house with us when we are there.

Smoking Policy: No smoking permitted

Cleaning Policy: A thorough cleaning will be completed between renters. Guests should strip linen, do dishes and broom sweep before leaving the property.

Linen Policy: Linens and bath towels will be provided, with additional comforters and blankets in each bedroom.

Security Deposit Information: SECURITY DEPOSIT INFORMATION: $750.00 security deposit due with final payment. Deposit will be returned provided there is no damage to the property or excessive mess left behind. The full deposit is returned after an acceptable inspection of the property. Any damage repair will be deducted from the deposit.
-50% Deposit due with Completed Agreement to secure your reservation.
-Balance and security deposit is due 30 days prior to Arrival Date.

About Us: Tom and Amy have been vacationing in the Saranac Lake area with their children and extended family for more than 15 years - Tom since he was a child camping at Buck Pond. Last year was our first year owning and renting Rainbow Lodge. We really enjoyed our time here experiencing all of the seasons and what they had to offer. We are looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our family, and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Rainbow Lake: Rainbow Lake and vacinity provides many opportunities for being as active as you would like. Everything from lounging on the rooftop deck to swimming, fishing, hiking, boating and biking in the spring, summer and fall. The winter offers plenty of opportunity to cross country ski on the lake or snow mobile trails, or downhill ski nearby at Whiteface Mountain. We have found this area of the Adirondacks to be very peaceful and relaxing. It is easy tol find something for people of all ages.

Why our property is special: The property is in a unique location, having 25 miles of interconnected waterways. Directly across the lake from our house is an eskar of State Forever Wild Land, giving you a beautiful view as well as adding to the tranquility of our property. Through a break in that shoreline, you have access to Clear Pond and another connected waterways.
