Rates

Check in is 4pm on Saturday.
Check out is 11am on Saturday*. (*2 hour late check-out available for an additional $100.)
$2400 per week (additional days $300 per night)
We also are required by Essex County to collect an additional 5% "Bed Tax" calculated on the total rental (ie: $2500 x 5% = $125 added to Rental at time of full payment)
Refund Policy: $500 deposit holds date for 30 days. Cancellations within that 30 days are refundable less a $50 admin. fee. Rental Balance due 30 days after that and at least 30 days prior to rental. At 30 days prior to rental, rental deposits become non-refundable.

Cleaning Policy: Your rent includes cleaning services between rentals. We're a "leave it better than you found it" family and ask that you be neat and watch the spills and crumbs. We also understand that you're on vacation and don't expect you to scrub the floors but we do expect you to respect our home. Our kids and grandchildren stay here and we get a lot of return families visiting. We'd like yours to be one of them, so please be reasonable and we will be too.
Linen Policy: We're on a beautiful, crystal clear well and a modest septic system. Due to water conservancy, we do not have laundry facilities on premises. You carry your linens and towels in. You carry them out.
You'll need:
Either 2 sets of King Size Sheets, blankets, pillows and comforters OR
4 sets of Twin Size Sheets, blankets, pillows and comforters.
Beach and kitchen towels.
Security Deposit Information: $500.00 Deposit. Returnable after cleaning crew completes (we shoot for 2-5 days after rental is complete). Via PayPal or Venmo or Check by Text.
