Nothing is more relaxing than sitting by the fireplace(s) Our pontoon boat is also available for an additional fee...2 kayaks and 1 paddle board included. RATES: $1395 PER NIGHT JUNE 17 TO SEPT. 2. (7 night..Sat. to Sat.). RATE $1195 TO $1295 per night. Major holidays...will quote. There is a 5% bed tax and $395 cleaning fee. We provide all linens, propane, firewood.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed for $195 with owner's approval. Dogs must be on a leash or tether on the property. There is a strict leash law in Lake Placid. Barking or dogs left alone on the property is not permitted.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed on the grounds of Camp Bearberry or in the house.

Cleaning Policy: We use commercial grade cleaning products and provide the home to our guests in move in conditon. We have a check out sheet at the house....we want the furnishing to be placed where they were upon arrival.

Linen Policy: All linens are included. We will supply a full list of our amenities upon a rental.
