Our home is the perfect spot for summer family vacations! 4 bedrooms and 2 baths The downstairs bedroom has a King size bed and the upstairs bedrooms are -Room #1 has a queen size bed Room #2 has a full size bed and bedroom #3 has a bunk bed (twin on top and full on bottom) remodeled basement has a washer and dryer and ping pong table.

Cable TV and WiFi are included and the cell service is very good.

A spacious side lawn with a fire pit. Plenty of parking and a large two st …all garage.

Inlet Marina is just down the street for party barge, canoe and kayak rentals.

You will be next door to Fern Park, with trails for hiking, biking, a playground, pickle ball court, basketball and a softball field. .

The grocery store, gift shops, post office, hardware store and restaurants are all just a short walk away.

Guests are welcome to bring their own linens and use the washer and dryer.

About Us: We have been summer residents for almost 30 years. We purchased this unique property for our growing family. We are now ready to offer this great property during the beautiful summer months in the Adirondacks.

Why we think you will enjoy staying in Inlet: Inlet is a charming town. The shops, restaurants, library, the facilities at Fern Park and post office are just steps away. You will find the town, our residents and business owners very friendly.

Why our property is special: The location of the house with the entrance to Fern Park and a large side lawn on one side give the home a real sense of privacy. Cell service for most providers is excellent. . Each bedroom and the living room have new Samsung TVs. All upstairs bedrooms are recently remodeled and carpeted.
