Rates

**Rentals are Sunday to Sunday during summer season**

Summer weekly (June/July/August) - $2,300 (6 nights/7 days). Summer seasonal not available.

September 1 - November 30 is $275/night - 2 night minimum. Exceptions: Last week in September & first 2 weeks in October are $325/night - 2 night minimum. Labor day weekend Friday - Monday $325/night.

Security deposit will be assessed as well as a $75 cleaning fee. Cancellation fee may apply.
