Cleaning Policy: Please leave the house neat and tidy. All garbage and recycling must be removed and brought to the town transfer station. Temporary permit will be included in the welcome packet. No food is to be left, refrigerator and freezer to be left empty and clean. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes. Leave furniture and amenities where they were found upon arrival. Charges for other than expected cleaning will be deducted from your deposit. Vacuum is provided to keep floors tidy.
Linen Policy: Must provide your own linens and towels. Plenty of pillows and blankets provided. Linens can be provided for a fee.
Security Deposit Information: Security deposit of $1000 is required. Deposit will be refunded upon no-damage assessment. Please allow 30 days for deposit return. Deposit is forfeited with rental cancellation. Dates are not guaranteed without signed rental agreement and security deposit on file.
