Cleaning Policy: Expectation of the cleaning -would be that everything is put in order.
The linen is removed from the beds folded and place on the bed
and towels placed in hamper in the laundry room. (We do not expect you to wash the linens or towels) The beds do not need to be remade. Dishes should be put away and any dirty dishes should be put in the dish washer and dishwasher turned on. Floors should be swept and kitchen floor mopped. All garbage placed in the trash cans outside.

Linen Policy: One set of Linens is supplied for each bed.

Security Deposit Information: A security deposit of $500.00 is required when booked. It is non-refundable if reservation is canceled within 10 business days prior to the reservation.
